 Impact Construction, Ltd. is a company built on integrity, quality and value. We realize that one of the largest investments families make is the purchase of their home. With that in mind, we strive to assist buyers by making educated choices on their home in order to assure appreciation in the home’s value. We also recognize that for most families their home is a reflection of themselves. In order to achieve the desired result we offer personal service and flexibility that allows buyers to personalize or “customize” their home to meet all of their ever-changing needs. While many builders will use the term “custom home”, we have seen that most builders are far from “custom”. Impact Construction has no program, no set upgrades and no pre-designed packages. Each house is a new creation where the buyer is the boss. We exist to make your dreams a reality. If you can dream it and it’s attainable, we’ll put it in your house. We delight in thinking “outside the box”, “pushing the envelope” and never settling for the “status quo”. It is our desire to remain on the cutting edge of the building industry and provide our buyers with the best houses possible.
“Value added” is something we talk about constantly. It is our goal to provide buyers with service, knowledge, support and a product that allows them to see the value we have added to their project. At the same time, we are able to provide these features at a reduced cost (compared to most builders) due to efficiency, organization and speed throughout the construction process. It is our goal to build each house in 6 to 8 months. With the buyers help up front and fairly good weather, we can generally hit the 6 month goal.
While we have experience building houses in various price ranges, we specialize in homes ranging from $400,000-$1,500,000 including lot/acreage costs with square footages ranging from 3500-8000 sq. ft. We build various styles of homes inside and out and use only the highest quality materials and contractors. While most of our projects are located in Central and West Houston, we are not limited geographically to these areas.
